We need your help!

If you know of someone, or even if that someone is you, we encourage you to submit an entry to our Hear for the Holidays giveaway. Simply write an essay of 300 words or less describing why the nominee would benefit from FREE hearing aids and follow up service.

Please submit your essay with your name and contact information as well as the name and contact information of the person you are nominating via email to [email protected], by filling out this form, or mail to Family Hearing Specialists at 1220 S. Willow Street, North Platte, NE 69101.

The contest will run November 27 through December 31, 2026. The winner will be notified by January 31st, 2027.
