Meet Sherri Dodson

Sherri started Family Hearing Specialists in 1998 after seeing a need in her own family for quality hearing care. With a strong hereditary pattern of hearing loss she felt that she was called to help improve the lives of those around her struggling with hearing loss. There are currently over 20 members of Sherri”s family that have a hearing loss including her two middle children. From the day Sherri opened the doors of her home to serve other”s hearing needs it has been her mission to treat each client as family. This vision has taken her from a “living room office” with herself as her sole employee to a big beautiful office with staff to serve her ever growing client base.

Sherri has been married to her husband, Bruce, for 40 years. They have four children and three granddaughters. Outside of the office Sherri”s passion is still serving others. She and Bruce are very active in their local church and other service groups/organizations. Spending time with her kids and grand-kids around her table, watching football, or in the corral with their ponies Sherri is in her “happy place”. Sherri is beyond grateful for the technology and hearing aid advances through the years that allow her to enjoy these moments to the fullest. It is her biggest desire to give these moments back to her clients.
